  23. Not necessarily, Michael:  I've just installed 3.1 (totally uneventful), 
  24. and poked my nose into everything, including Pallette:  neat colorwheel, 
  25. new controls.  Came back later to mess w/ the colors, and it wouldn't let 
  26. me in;  popped up a requester that said I need colorwheel.gadget v39.

  28. The installed gadget is v40.  Perhaps the gadget has a problem?
